• Email address: only during zbor registration. Stored in encrypted form.
• IP address: during registration, solely for security purposes.
• Application usage data: collected via Google Analytics 4, anonymously and exclusively to improve user experience.

Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• to enable registration and zbor management,
• to understand how the application is used and improve it based on this data,
• to ensure user security.

4. Who we share data with

We don't share data with third parties except:

• with Google via GA4 for anonymous usage analysis,
• if required by law.

We never sell data.

5. How long we keep data

Email addresses and IP addresses are stored as long as a registered zbor exists. You can delete data at any time upon request.

• request correction or deletion of data,
• File a complaint with the Commissioner.
